Hi Neighbours, here is something soothing for you: at the end of the summer, I saw swallows on the hill above Orakei basin skimming around after a rain shower. It was a joyful, calming moment. It's hard to explain what mindfulness is, but I feel that this clip expresses it: a moment free of the worries of the lockdown, the threat of Covid, and the list of jobs to be done!
