we are being encouraged to shop and support local business
Lately I have tried to but in most cases been met with a lack
of service and a take it or leave it attitude, the business managers
just don't seem to care, want my custom but wont do anything
to get it
I have noticed less staff in a lot of shops etc, I feel some are using
the virus to get rid of staff and not replace them with the loss of
service and customers just have to put up with it, as we have done for
many years.
I will spend local if I get decent service and hopefully a wider range
of products otherwise I will stick to online
