Removal of 172 year old character Remuera home to build 19 units on 2524m site
Consent has been submitted to council for a beautiful old homestead at 78 Orakei Rd, Remuera, reportedly 172 years old, to be removed and replaced with 19 units with a single carpark each. It is a 2524m site. Please help save this house and prevent high density housing replacing the character homes in our suburb. All comments and objections need to be submitted to jmorgan@align.net.nz by 5 pm today 3/4/2020!!!!!!
