Hawtrey Terrace, Churton Park diversion

Community Engagement Advisor from

Due to ongoing resurfacing work, disruptions continue to affect your bus trips throughout the Wellington region. What does this mean for you?
Hawtrey Terrace, Churton Park from Clifford Street to Chorley Road is scheduled for resurfacing work on 4 February to 5 February, between the hours of 9am to 4pm each day.

This means there will be a slight delay on your bus trip for Route 1 and some school routes: 646, 635 and 682 as we divert your bus for these two days.

Stops #3242 and #3271 will be relocated outside number 2 and 3 Chisbury Street to allow you, the opportunity to board/disembark the Route 1 as close as possible to Chorley Road/Hawtrey Terrace.

We are also having to close the following stops during 9am to 4pm each day:

Stop # 3244 Chorley Grove at Hawtrey Terrace

Stop # 3270 Chorley Grove at Te Kiteora Grove

Stop # 3246 Bassett Road (near 40)

Stop # 3080 Bassett Road at Angell Street

Stop # 3010 Bassett Road (near 15)

Metlink would like to thank you, our customers for your patience and understanding as we work around these ongoing disruptions.
