St Martins Menzshed is looking for help from retired tradespeople
We are busy refurbishing two buildings for use as workshops for the newly-established St Martins Community Menzshed. As part of this work, we need to rewire a couple of rooms, lay some carpets and add a small amount of plumbing. Being a community group focused on providing resources and a social environment for older men, we do not have the funds to pay for all this work, and so we will be doing much of it ourselves.
That said, help from "professionals" in the trades would be really appreciated! So if you are a retired electrician, carpet layer or plumber, and would like to help us get established, please reply to this post so that we can get in touch with you.
Thanks, Gary (the group Secretary)
