Still looking to fill a room from November 2nd until Mid-February, Located in Remuera/Meadowbank, Rent is 182 + Expenses and the Bond is 4 weeks Rent.
Room is furnished with a single bed and desk(if needed), the room also has inbuilt wardrobe.
Its a spacious flat with 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms and modern kitchen, also room to park your car in the driveway if needed and a neat shaded outdoor area too, We are a clean/tidy flat off the main street and walking distance to nearby shops and a bus stop that goes to CBD.
