Mental Health Awareness week is coming up 23 - 29th September. The week is an opportunity to explore the experiences, actions, relationships and surroundings that make you feel good and uplift your wellbeing. Join us for free yoga on Tuesday 24th Sept, 6 - 7.30pm and/or Friday 27th Sept, 10.30am - 12 noon. Meditation Sunday 29th Sept 7.45 - 8.45pm.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
