CLOSED ROAD
Just a heads up to everyone, Elstree Ave in Glen Innes is now closed to everyone coming from Pt England to Taniwha Rd. No access allowed due to those of you inconsiderate drivers who couldnt read a sign that said residents only. Also to those inconsiderate drivers that were putting lives at risk trying to do a runner to Taniwha Rd. yes you know who you are, too lazy to go round. Absolutely shocking to see people going through especially on the weekends. You can go from Taniwha to pt england but not the opposite direction, unless you are going to the Glen Innes aquatic pools then you can from Pt England end, but that is as far as you can go.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
