A Christmas Winterfest - Wellington Races
Join us for two of our favourite things - racing and Christmas, with all the festive trimmings.
Experience the thrill of racing inside the comfort of a winter wonderland with a full northern hemisphere Christmas feast to warm the cockles of your heart. A few Christmas carols, mulled wine and sprigs of holly will soon whisk you into your favourite memories of chestnuts roasting on an open fire.
General admission: FREE - Although to experience the magic of A Christmas Winterfest upgrade to Member for a Day.
Member for a Day $15 - Access to the Members Stand and Members facilities. Dress code applies.
Tickets can be bought online and also be purchased on the day from the Raceday Office. Members can purchase up to two additional tickets for $10 each.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
