New Years Eve Dinner

Mark McGuinness from Belgian Beer Cafe Torenhof

Bring in the new year in style by heading to Belgian Beer Café Torenhof and joining us for a New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner before heading to Hagley Park for some dancing on the grass and midnight fireworks. The set menu features West Coast whitebait with summer leaves, shredded radish and lemon butter; herb-roasted salmon salad with iceberg lettuce, pickled carrots, toasted seeds and a soy and ginger dressing; New Year chocolate and Baileys surprise; seafood medley of prawns, crumbed mussels, salmon, new potatoes and a light root vegetable Pernod sauce; and to finish, a sorbet with fresh pink gin-marinated strawberries and meringue. Of course there are plenty of fine beer, wine and cocktail options on our drinks menu to complement the sumptuous fare. For those who prefer, non-seafood options are available from our à la carte selection.
Bookings strictly by phone please - (03) 377 1007; cost is $65pp. We look forward to hearing from you!
