Theives/Opportunists
Just a heads up, witnessed a man walking down Withells rd today (Burnside Park end), who saw someone's newspaper on their driveway (as they had not collected it yet), so he picked it up and carried on walking. He was maybe late 40s early 50s, wearing fat pants/track pants/jogging pants, a checkered shirt and a puffer vest.
I realise its ONLY a newspaper but its clearly becoming "that time of year" where small time crooks and thieves as well as opportunists like this man are sniffing about. Lock your car doors, sheds etc and keep your eyes peeled!
