Help needed for Diwali Event we are organising on 4 nov 2018 at Amesbury School

Vijay Chandrashekar from Churton Park Community Association

Hello all,

We are looking to pick up 12 Rubbish Wheelie bins from Council for our event and drop off as well. We wanted to reduce the cost involved as private companies are quoting very high.

Hence we are reaching out for help from any one who is willing to help us by lending any trailer they may have. or help us to offer with pick and drop off from WCC. We greatly appreciate if you could let us know.

Cheers,
Vijay Chandrashekar

Recycling bins

Pete from Churton Park

Once again the usual people are putting their bins out without securing the lids , bloody rubbish all over . Please use your brains and get one of the rubber clips , next time I screw the damn lid down then at least we know your recycling is still at your place

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
