Bus service mishaps
Dear Metlink: On Our Way,
There still seems to be some confusion about how the temporary stop changes at the Hutchison Rd Terminus works.
I know it's not finished, there's a bunch of fencing and construction where we're supposed to wait for the only surviving bus to go to the CBD, and you haven't replaced the lighted timetable sign someone so proudly stated we'd have, but that was removed during the landscape chopping.
But the stop that all buses are supposed to be going past isn't lit, doesn't have ANY timetable for the CBD bus and some drivers aren't using it anyway.
Like last night, 7.15ish when the #3 didn't bother using the other stop so I had to run across, hoping he'd see the wild swing of my bag (in the dark) and wait.
It's not exactly inspiring confidence in this "improved" ("teething problems") system.
We'd like you to finish the lighting please, for our safety.
And a temporary timetable for our temporary stop.
