Flatmate wanted - St. Heliers

I'm posting this on behalf of my friend.
She is looking for a suitable flatmate (male or female) to live with her and her female friend. They are pretty laid back, so they're looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy and pays rent on time, ideally between 25-35 years of age and working full-time, but if you're a student and fit into the first criteria then they're not too fussed!
