Pilates & Barre Classes in Kohimarama
Hi Neighbours!
For those of you who are either keen to try something new for your health & wellbeing, or challenge your fitness further, you must come try my pilates and barre classes! I have an inviting & intimate studio in Kohi. Classes are small so limited spaces! My classes are an invigorating body and mind workout...but you WILL SWEAT and leave feeling energised! And for those mums or mums-to-be who are wanting to nurture and support your body throughout pregnancy (and after), I take one-on-one or two-on-one private mat Pilates & Garuda barre sessions (available for Pre and Post Natal). Amazing movement and conditioning for your body.
