I have three bedrooms for rent. The house is located in a quiet street in Sockburn. Nearby the Racecourse. New kitchen. 2 double rooms, and 1 single . fully furnished rooms . Preferably fulltime student or worker, non smoker. Unfortunatly no pets allowed . Warm house with central heating and anti condensation system .

The house is close to the riccarton shops, Church Corner, Hornby , Wigram residential, industrial area and the University of Canterbury. Rent is 145$(single ) or 210 (couples ) + expenses. Expenses are Power, Internet-Wifi(FibreXtra fast,unlimited) and Gas (hotwater). Amenities provided Blue RAY PLAYER and Smart TV ,Neon TV, dish washing machine , washing machine. Coffee machine , BBQ etc . Bills shared equally. 2 weeks bond in advance. I live with my partner and we both are professionals fulltime workers. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
