Grass Berms & Parking . . .
Does anyone else get peeved (putting it mildly) about the parking of cars on the grass berms? I have always regarded the stretch of grass in front of my property as a privilege. Helping to beautify our neighbourhood and as a deterrent to speedsters (aiding as it does to narrow down the streets). I have always dutifully mown it and cared for it as a part of my property. Now I find my driveway aids parkers who not only leave tyre tracks on my nicely mown grass but chew up the grass/dirt and regard it as 'a right' of residents to park on. The CCC aren't interested in policing it - nor the traffic department - so who is? Methinks its time we all left them unmown for the CCC 'workers' to cut on their way to mowing the various parks around the city. Grumph over!
