You are safe and supportive in this amazing Powerhooping Orewa sisterhood, where we motivate & encourage each other. You can totally nail the choreography or you can trip over your feet, whatever your body does in my classes is perfect!

Monday: 6:30pm-7:15pm (all levels)
Tuesday: 6:30pm-7:15pm (all levels)
Tuesday: 7:30-8pm (beginners)
Wednesday: 12:15pm-12:45 (beginners)
Thursday: 9:30am-10:15am (all levels)
Thursday: 6:30pm-7:15pm (all levels)
Friday: 12:15pm-12:45pm (beginners)

Saturday: 7am-7:45am ~Orewa Beach met outside the surf club~

Sharks Sports Club, 122 West Hoe Rd, Orewa. $12 includes hoop hire or $10 with your own powerhoop. Eftpos available and if you purchase a concession card you save $$. Come on down and experience the FUN in fitness and discover the power of the hoop xo
