๐ A Marmalade Shortcut Worth Trying! ๐
This year, when I was turning surplus citrus into marmalade, I tried something new โ skipping the peeling! Instead, I simply washed the fruit, quality-checked it, and boiled it whole, skins and all. To add a fresh twist, I peeled a few skins and cut them into threads to include fresh rind in the finished mix before jarring.
The result? A deliciously quick and easy marmalade with all the flavour and nutrients and none of the hassle! ๐งก Perfect for spreading joy (and jam) in every jar.
