Beautiful turquoise evening dress.
Looks like taffeta, but is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex.
Has a black and turquoise net underskirt, which was added after it was bought. It can easily be removed if you don't like the flared look.
Very elegant. ONLY WORN ONCE!
