A “cliff” up to 1.8 metres high has formed on Ōrewa beachafter bad weather hit the area.
Waves washed away thousands of cubic metres of sand at the beach just days after it was laid, frustrating some locals. Erosion at the beach has been an issue for more than a decade. What do you think needs to be done to fix the issue?
