Contractors working Vipond Road today
Did anyone notice the name of contractors who had cones up in Vipond Road, Stanmore Bay this morning. They were working up poles & we came thru with our caravan 11ish & cones were narrow & we hit 3 cones with caravan. We didn't realise until we had it at yard that the cones had ripped off the plastic wheel arch shroud. When we came back later today there was no sign of part that had been hit off by cones. Have run Vector, Chorus & Council but no joy. If you noticed who Company was we would appreciate info. Just wanting to get wheel arch part back. Thanks

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
