Missing cat Barbosa is his name.
Hi our cat Barbosa has gone missing in the last 24 hours. He is 10 years old with arthritis and can't jump very well. He is extremely friendly. We lost him about 7 years ago due to the fact that he likes to go into peoples houses and he got stuck in someone's garage and couldn't get out the cat door as it was locked from the inside. He is microchipped. We are very concerned that he might have been hit by a car on Brian Crescent in the night and sometimes they go into shock and hide so can everyone around the Brian Crescent area please check your gardens or under your houses or garage? If anyone finds him can you please contact us on 021 2222 011 Louise

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
