Classes held at Whangaparaoa School Hall 6pm, cost $10. Wednesday’s 6.00pm - 7.30pm and Sunday’s 9am - 10.30am
Harmonious integration, strengthening and refinement of mind, energy and body. Exploring the principles of mindfulness, softness, balance and coordination through movement.
