One For Her - tackling period poverty

Michelle from Stanmore Bay

Hey ladies, you may have seen this picture on billboards as you have been driving around the coast and wondered what it was all about. One For Her is a community initiative I set up recently to collect donations of sanitary items that are then given to those who are struggling to afford these "luxury items".
We have collection points that accept donations in Whangaparaoa, Silverdale, Orewa, Dairy Flat, Warkworth & Snells Beach. Please see our Facebook and Instagram pages for more information - search "oneforher" or email me oneforher.nz@gmail.com

Next time you are buying sanitary products for yourself, please consider buying one for someone who can't afford to buy for herself.
