Then of course the building of 'homes' continues without even an attempt to create and develop infrastructure first ... then we read the complaints of vandalism ... this COULD BE a superb community if residents had cause to take PRIDE in their environment ... let us start with having an ELECTION for UNPAID officials and clerks.
