The good news is, the Covid vaccine can help protect you from serious illness. It’s free, and recommended for you and many others as long as you haven’t had the vaccine, or Covid, in the last 6 months.

HI EVERYONE❗
Would you like to know what the future has in store for you ? A new romance perhaps ? Moving house ? Different job ? Would you like to receive a message from a loved one who has passed ?
Interested ? Then come along to our next meeting this Wednesday, June 25th, 7:30 pm start, in the Theosophical Society Hall, 9e, Annalise Place, off Forest Glen, off Puriri Avenue, Orewa. There is a car park next to the hall. We finish around 9pm.
We are "The Hibiscus Spiritual Awakening and Healing Centre", a non-profit organisation run by friendly volunteers, and we charge only $5 each to cover costs, including hiring the hall. Meetings are held fortnightly, with a different medium each time. It's always nice to see that people new to us are often chosen for a reading on their first visit.
In a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, people receive amazing, enlightening, and very comforting messages, as well as good advice. Often, the medium will provide evidence by giving small details that the medium could not possibly have known.
Look us up on Facebook. Satisfy your curiosity by coming along and checking us out. It will be a revelation ! And, whether you are young, or not so young,
ALL ARE WELCOME❗

1 in 3 Kiwis die of heart disease and related stroke, every year in New Zealand yet support and post-hospital rehabilitation and care for this under-recognised silent killer that affects more and more women (not just the stereotype older male) is underfunded.

During July Heartbeats is providing the following HeartTALKS on the Hibiscus Coast to promote a better understanding of heart disease, how to deal with it and where you can find support and care resources.

Connect for Women - Orewa, 8th July. Specifically addresses heart disease with women: its prevalence, risks and impact. (this is a private event organised by Connect for Women).

Whangaparaoa Library, Whangaparaoa - 31st July. 11:00am

Also Trent Lash, founder and Chair of Heartbeats, will be interviewed by Nick Radonovich on MoreFM (Rodney) on the 27th July, about the nature and topic of his talk at Whangaparaoa Library - see the attached poster below.
Everyone is WELCOME to attend, its informal and Trent's presentation will be in easy to understand, non-technical language, and you can ask any questions you wish.
Expect to be surprised at how little you know about heart disease and who it affects!
