Looking for large shed or barn or old factory to paint our bus ($$)

We are a small family turning a school bus into a tiny house. We are looking for somewhere to prep and paint our bus, in the Porirua area, that has cover. Preference would also be to have power. Tawa Lions Market during Holidays
There will be no Tawa Lions Stall operating on 27th Dec and 3rd Jan
Van Bui will be there as normal selling fruit and veges.
