HRV Customer support
Has anyone had any issues with HRV? My new unit which was installed in late Feb, was giving some issues. I called HRV and a technician came to investigate. He took the fan unit away on Wed stating that it will be looked at, and either fixed or a new replacement installed the next day. No one called, and I have been calling them daily for an update. They take my call and say they will email their operations manager (Dilon) and he would contact me. But my daily calls to them, with same process, and it is a week now with no response. I can't get hold of Dilon, and he will not contact me. Shocking and frustrating. Has anyone had similar experience with HRV?
