The rule change will allow people to build up to three homes of three storeys on most sites in Wellington without any need for resource consent from August 2022.

We’ll then share your recipe throughout the land for people to try, share, and enjoy within their communities.

Bought in Scotland and made from 100% wool in the Black Watch tartan. Never worn. 46cm in length.
Two duet piano stools – free to good home.
Mechanically they still work well, but the vinyl is worn – we covered the edges with duct tape.
