I am a certified yoga instructor and will be returning tomorrow to lead two class on Saturday morning. The first will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am and the second will be a 75 min yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center at 10.30 am.

I am a certified yoga instructor and will be returning tomorrow to lead two class on Saturday morning. The first will be a 60 min yoga class at the Aro Valley Community Center at 9 am and the second will be a 75 min yoga class at the Brooklyn Community Center at 10.30 am.
This will be a gentle, but strong practice and guaranteed to get you moving.
Classes will be held Saturday mornings for the following dates listed below:

7, 14, 21 and 28 September
(Please note: no class on 21 September in Brooklyn due to the Brooklyn Community Market that has been scheduled. Consideration for an alternate location).
5, 12, 19 and 26 October

(Please note: no class on 7 December in Brooklyn due to the Brooklyn Community Market that has been scheduled. Depending on weather, we might be able to have a class outside).
