Paint your own Koru Heartland - BYO Valentines Paint Party

Silke from Heart for Art

Our Paint Parties are a super fun and creative way to celebrate and try something new, and we've created a special Valentines painting for you. Singles, come on your own and paint one koru while you celebrate with other singles. Or, if you're all loved up, bring your date and paint one each to hang together to form your heart. Awww sweet.

We’ll provide all the arty materials you’ll need and show you, step by step, how to create your painting. Easy to follow. Heaps of fun. No experience needed.

FEATURED PAINTING: Koru Heartland
This easy to paint abstract of our landscape celebrates our love of New Zealand and how full our hearts are as a nation. We love Aotearoa and everyone in it.
As a valentine's special treat, we created this one so it can be hung next to another one (painted as a mirror image) so together they create a heart. Pretty cool huh.

Come paint your heart with us this Valentine's Day.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
