You get a small furnished double room with a double size bed,
lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower. The flat is located in Hataitai, close to the shops and the bus stop
The flat is fully furnished and there is no room for any of your furniture.
The power is supplied but you will have to top up the power when it runs out.
Includes unlimited internet
No pets or smokers.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
