CLASSICAL PILATES INTRODUCTORY MAT COURSES
This course familiarises participants with the principles and fundamentals of Pilates.

PILATES BEGINNER BACK COURSES
If you have back problems this course is for you.
It increases mobility, wakes up the spine’s muscles, strengthens, stretches and mobilises.

New: DYNAMIC MAT COURSE
Dynamic Mat is a strengthening and toning class that utilises traditional Pilates exercises with the added focus of a cardiovascular workout.
