Converted Wellington vicarage prepped for Christmas
You might recognise this two-storey, triple-brick house... It was the vicarage for Seatoun's St George's and Miramar's St Aidan's churches for 94 years before the church decided it had to be sold.
Meeting just 11% of the new building standard, the heritage-listed house offered a challenging restoration project, but it was one Alex and Fiona Roberts were willing to take on.
Mindful of the memories the house holds for so many in the area, the couple wanted to create a modern family home that kept the integrity of the old vicarage.
See for yourself the results of their impressive renovation.
