Re-Connect is a small community of people living with the effects of stroke who come together twice per week in Kilbirnie to exercise in a safe environment. Classes are run by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a retired nurse and a personal trainer and rehabilitation exercises are tailored to suit your individual needs.
