Mental Health Awareness Week
It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and the focus this year is He Tirohanga Anamata (Reimagine Wellbeing Together).
It has been a challenging time and it’s normal to feel stressed or lonely. Be kind to yourself and make sure you check in with your whānau and loved ones, not only this week, but every week.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
Missing cat has been found. Thank you Universe and St Christopher for guiding her back. 🙏❤️
Lia, my 13yrs old, ginger tabby disappeared from Bannister Avenue/Heath St, in Johnsonville, early hours of this morning. An indoor cat, and was en route to Wainuiomata Carevets for the holidays. She will be terrifed in unfamiliar surroundings. Please contact me on 027 4329135 if spotted.
