Wellington Free Ambulance are running 1 hour courses at the Seatoun Village Hall. First one is Wednesday May 9 from 7 - 8pm.
Brush up existing skills or learn a new one. Excellent for anyone, children as young as 9 years old can learn this valuable skill.

You never know when you may need it.
