New Community yoga classes in Seatoun
Hi there,
Every Tuesday and Thursday Morning 9:30am till 10:30am there are community yoga classes at the Seatoun Village Hall (next to St Chrisitopher's) on corner of Ventnor St and Forres St, Seatoun. If you haven’t tried yoga before these classes would be suitable for you. I am an experienced yoga teacher and practitioner with 2 teaching qualifications. Flexibility is not required. Bring a friend, partner or come by yourself. You will feel the benefits after your first class. Please let me know if you would like to join in.
