Rail strike: advice for motorists
If you decide to drive into Wellington during tomorrow’s rail strike please be aware that parking in and around the CBD will be under considerable pressure. Rubbish and recycling collections will start early tomorrow (to avoid heavy traffic into the city as they come from Seaview) so if your collection day is Thursday please put your bins/bags out tonight or earlier than usual tomorrow.
