New Rating Valuations on QV website
I've just looked at the new property valuations on the QV website.
My Capital valuations has increased by 50% in three years, since the last rating valuations were set.
But my Land Valuation has increased %130.
This means that my Improvements Value has reduced by 45%!
When I looked at the new valuations of my neighbours, there Land values were much higher than their improvements values.
Have other people noticed this
