Foul odour in Island Bay

Island Bay residents have had to endure months of a stench as the council fixes damaged sewage pipes.
Concrete pipes carrying sewage were damaged when pipes carrying sludge burst last year.
Wellington Water says the work should be finished by November.
Local residents say the smell is overpowering and they are looking forward to the work finishing.
