Recently the church removed all pews to accommodate groups wishing to hire our facilities..
To help pay for our new auditorium heating and wonderful new seating, we're holding a garage sale on Sat 1 August, and invite locals to donate saleable items to the garage sale. Please bring goods to the church door at any time before Saturday 1st. This includes, clothing, toys, furnishing, working electrical, books, music, sporting equipment, plants and more... Just not heavy furniture thank you.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
