Alan loves to paint … View moreThis exhibition features 25 beautiful new paintings by Alan Collins including scenes of Wellington from Eastbourne around the bays to Oriental Bay. If you look out the front windows of the gallery, you can point to many of the scenes beautifully captured in his paintings. Alan loves to paint outdoors and can often be seen perched somewhere on the side of the coastal road to Eastbourne, sketching a magical view and atmosphere before him. He loves painting in watercolours almost as much as his wife Sally, he turns 94 during his exhibition and then on Dec 9th they celebrate 65 years married, Congratulations Alan and Sally.
