Share your Christmas tips, tricks and recipes!

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It can be a stressful time preparing meals and braving the shops at Christmastime. If you're fairly 'seasoned' at Christmas, perhaps you've got some tips or tricks that make the silly season easier...

Share your festive ideas with the Neighbourly community! Anything from how to best re-heat potatoes, inexpensive gift ideas, your household's traditions or any crafty ideas for tree decorations. We'd love to hear them all - they may make a neighbour's Christmas a littler brighter.🎄

Poll: Have you ever been bullied?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

People associate bullying with children in schools, but it can actually stretch beyond childhood to workplaces or neighbourhoods.

This Friday is Pink Shirt Day, which began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying after a new student was harassed for wearing pink. People across the globe are now encouraged to wear pink on this day to take a stand against bullying and promote inclusivity.

Have you or your whānau ever experienced bullying? Share your thoughts on Pink Shirt Day below.

Type 'Not For Print' if you wish your comments to be excluded from the Conversations column of your local paper.

Ally Cat - lost since May 5

Danya from Strathmore Park

Ally Cat is a sweet but very timid little cat. She has been missing from her home in Strathmore Park since May 5. We don't know how far she could have wandered. Her human family and her brother Neko miss her terribly and are very worried. Please get in touch if you see her. She is likely to be hiding during the day. She is black and white, with a white face and black ears and tail. Her belly and her legs are all white apart from a small black patch behind her front left paw.
