One Tag

Simone Borgstede from Wellington City Council

We're replacing plastic dog tags with a metal 'One Tag' that lasts your doggo's lifetime.

The One Tag will help reduce the amount of plastic going into the landfill - there were around 60,000 tags thrown out in Wellington City in the last five years alone!

Customers will pay their annual registration fees as usual, but they'll keep using the same tag.
