Mindful Mamas Circle

Come together with other mamas to:

- Share your parenting wins and challenges
- Take time to nurture yourself
- Celebrate yourself and other mamas

This is for mamas of all ages and stages of motherhood.

Each month there will be a main theme of discussion, a key mindfulness activity, healthy snacks, herbal teas and more!
