Winter Football Registration Closing Soon
Hi Neighbours,
With a short burst of summer upon us it might be tempting to push thoughts of winter to the back of your mind. But if your children are thinking of player winter sport now is the time to be registering. Many of the clubs close their registration sooner than you might think.
For us at North Wellington our Junior Football (what we once called Soccer) registration closes at the end of February. So if you're thinking of getting your child involved check out our website (www.northwellingtonfootball.com...) and think about registering. Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
