FLAT - SECURE AND FULLY FURNISHED
THE FLAT HAS NOW BEEN TENANTED.....
Expenses included – power, WIFI, water, use of laundry
This basement flat is fully furnished and has its own entrance. It is just a “walk up the road” to Victoria Road superette and 5 mins car ride to the Remuera shopping area. The bus stop for Remuera, Parnell, Newmarket and the CBD is a 3 minute walk away. There is parking for a small car but also plenty of parking on the quiet street.
The flat has a small kitchenette, with full height fridge freezer, convection oven (pots and pans), microwave and cook top. There is a very comfortable king single bed and a comfortable pull-out bed couch for guest stay overs. Enjoy views of the northern slopes of Remuera along with setting sunsets. There is also a use of a deck with a tranquil garden to enjoy during the day and evenings. We would like to rent to a single non smoking/vape person who is looking for a quiet, safe and secure environment. Suitable for a female. We live on the upper floors so especially suitable for someone who wants to feel safe but also have privacy. No pets. For viewing phone/text Shane on 027 246 7885 or shane@icansystems.co.nz for a video and viewing.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
