We are excited to announce that we have started offering yoga classes at the local Totara Park school hall! These classes are a wonderful opportunity to improve your physical and mental well-being, meet new people, and become part of a supportive community.

Class Details:
• Location: Totara Park Scholl Hall, Upper Hutt
• Schedule: Every Thursday 6:30 -7:30 pm
• Fee: Only: $5 per session (to cover the cost of the hall)
• Special Offer: Free for children under 12 and seniors over 65

Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether you're looking to increase your flexibility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy some peaceful time for yourself, these classes are perfect for you.
